Another week.

And it seems as though Mr. Jack Rabbit has twisted some panties, so I wanted to let you know the most unfortunate news:

I got him from Gilt.

He’s originally almost $10 million dollars, but they had an excellent sale (and I had credit from some shoes that they didn’t properly stock…), so I got him for a serious steal.

He is the first nice bag I have ever owned- and I will promise to cross my fingers that he pops up on either Gilt, or another one of those sites.

If he does, I will blare the sirens and send the smoke signals.

Promise.

Wanna talk about this handmade dress I found at the thrift yesterday?

Me too!

While it is incredibly itchy, it is so wonderful!

It.

Fits.

Perfectly.

It is part of the ‘Halloween’ group of items that they amazingly put out early at my thrift store.

It is overwhelming how much killer stuff is there right now.

I have to fight the urge to buy all of it, because I know that they are saving stuff for when the racks slim down a bit.

I am still really excited about these potential Museum plans this weekend.

I also will try my absolute hardest to remember to take pictures of the Wasp (aka the Vesper aka the Vespa aka the Scooter) and the fucking awesome helmets we have, too.

Oh yeah, I forgot-

this is a three-day weekend!

Walking outside this morning dragged the needle right across the record of my Fall song.

So, I found this skirt yesterday while lunch-thrifting.

Today has been a cluster of unnecessary stress and chaos.

Every year, Ryan‘s company does a mud volleyball tournament to benefit the Make A Wish Foundation.

Last year, I had maggots, or some sort of larvae in my shorts.

Then I had hives for two days.

This year, I wore a wet suit.

No bugs!

This time: easy breezy.

Maybe it retrograded so intensely that it actually corrected itself and things are the best they ever will be until the end of our planet as we know it?

That’s a stretch.

But am I alone?

Literally everything I am wearing is thrifted except for: My new Bag. Obvi. And my scarf, which technically was thrifted, but then later gifted as packaging for my beautiful necklace that I bought from Miss Merl‘s {A M A Z I N G} etsy shop, Clyde’s Rebirth.

Oh yah.

That’s my new bag.

So, as you can probably see: I am dying for Fall.

I’m sneaking in wool trousers already.

And just today, as I post these pictures, I remember the sadness of having to put Richard away for the Winter.
